**About the Role**

We are seeking ‘expression of interest’ for motivated, personable Store Leaders. Once a role becomes available that meet your criteria, we’ll get in touch with you to arrange an interview.

As a future Store Leader at one of our Bupa Optical businesses, you would be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optometrist/s, Optical Dispensers and Retail Assistants. A key part of the role will be to ensure our customers receive best class service whilst focusing on exceeding store profit and targets. You'll be supported by our enthusiastic experienced leadership team, so you can flourish and prosper in your Bupa Store Leader career path.

**About You**
- You will be inspired and driven by the opportunity to work with a global leader in health care that is on the path towards an exciting transformation.
- Will have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of an Optical retail store.
- A proven track record in leading and coaching a team to achieve KPI's in an Optical environment.
- With a friendly nature and capability to balance performance, whilst supporting and developing our wonderful ACT team.
