**About the role**

We are seeking a service oriented RTO Administration Officer to join our high performing Client Services team and support our qualifications process - including enrolments and completions, specifically in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Business and Logistics industries.

The role is based in Brisbane and reports to our National Client Services Manager with key responsibilities including:

- Diligently maintain and manage learner data as per RTO’s requirements.
- Optimise the credit transfer process from previous studies where applicable.
- Engage professionally with clients and students.
- Manage course enrolment and efficient documentation storage.
- Audit Workplace Training assessments and archive student records as per ASQA requirements.
- Manage the digital delivery of certificates and maintain electronic records.
- Assist with the management of assessment workflow, including effective liaison with trainers, students and other staff.

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for the role, you will have:

- At least 2 years in a similar training support role
- Great organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Robust communication skills and a knack for fostering valuable relationships.
- Familiarity with tools like Axcelerate, Office 365 and Shared Drives.
- A Certificate IV in TAE will be a distinct advantage.
