**The Company**

**The Role**
As a Compliance Administrator, you will provide compliance expertise, advice and support to all team members across the RTO. You will be responsible for RTO compliance across all operational, training and assessment activities for the RTO.
This is a full-time permanent role based in
**Brisbane, Spring Hill**. This role does have hybrid working arrangements in place. You can choose to work a fix from the office and home.
**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assists with maintaining RTO compliance across all operational, training and assessment activities
- Ensures the Quality and Compliance Division and associated operations are in accordance with the VET Quality Framework, State Training Authority (STA) preferred supplier agreements
- Provide compliance expertise to all divisions of the RTO
- Conducts regular internal audits to ensure the ongoing compliance of services and products delivered by the RTO in line with ASQA, funding body and other governing regulators for all states and territories. Audits include but not limited to enrolment file audits, state funding contract audits, student file audits, certificate issuance audits and marketing audits
- Undertakes unit assessment moderation and validations in accordance with the RTO’s validation schedule and ASQA frequency requirements
- Adheres to all policies and procedures set by RTO, VET Quality Framework, State training authority policies and any organisations or government bodies with which we have entered into a service agreement
- Develops a sound understanding of how the organisation operates and using judgment to make well informed decisions in a timely and effective manner to benefit the organisation
- Reports as required to the Quality and Compliance Manager
- Supports colleagues by carrying out other duties as requested by the Quality and Compliance Manager

- Strong project management skills
**Desirable Skills/Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a compliance related role in an RTO
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
