**Architectural Sales Representative **to join the team and help expand their customer base in the
**Sydney.
As an
**Architectural Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, and contractors in the Sydney area. You will be tasked with generating new business opportunities, maximizing revenue, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position will require a high level of motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the Commercial A&D space.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government agencies and contractors.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the government and commercial sectors.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all aspects of the sales process, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract management.

Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape in the Commercial A&D space

**$100k - $110k Base + Super + Car allowance $15k + uncapped margin commissions ( Laptop, Phone )
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and services.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sydney.

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the architectural and design industry

On the road 3-4 days a week gaining and tracking specifications and developing relationships with architects and designers

Effectively communicate our product offerings and services to clients and prospects.

Maintaining strong communication and reporting directly to the Director

Conduct on-site visits with clients to assess their timber needs and provide recommendations.

Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients.

Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services. Alongside updating their sample books

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our customer relationship management system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in architectural sales working with architects and interior designers, preferably in the timber industry.

Background in interior design, architecture or joinery/cabinetmaking

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Well presented with good verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
