Seeking an experienced Accomodation Coordinator or Project Officer/Manager for an exciting role

**Your new company**

A major State Government department based in a suburb near Perth CBD, is seeking an Office Accomodation Coordinator to support the management of a large accomodation portfolio across Perth. You will be engaged on an initial temporary basis, with a view of extension offered to the right person. You will be required to work full-time hours, with some flexible working arrangements on offer. You will ideally be able to start as soon as possible, following a successful interview.

**Your new role**

As the Office Accomodation Coordinator you will be managing a large accomodation portfolio across various Perth metropolitan sites. You will be responsible for an array of duties including:

- Office accomodation relocations, fit outs and reimbursements
- Attending office accomodation sites, reporting and managing maintenance matters as needed
- Ensuring that owned and lease accommodation sites are in line with Government compliance, facility management and maintenance compliance standards and regulations
- Oversee the planning, development, construction, transition and evaluation of new accomodation projects
- Liaising with internal and external key stakeholders, providing consultation advice and project issue resolutions as necessary
- Management of project and leasing budgets, tracking and noting expenditures

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for this role you will have previous experience within Accomodation Management, Property Management of Project Management within the Property sector. In addition, you will display:

- Previous experience within a Government organisation would be desirable, however not essential
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to solve issues and meet deadlines as expected
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced digital literacy skills with competence using MS Office Suites and learning new systems adequately

You will be engaged on an initial temporary basis, working on a competitive hourly rate. You will be based in an office near Perth CBD, with parking available on site. There will be flexible working arrangements on offer, including work from home one day a week.
