**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will support the department on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the timely preparation/completion of reports, studies and statistical analysis in accordance with departmental requirements and deadlines.

**The role and responsibilities will include**:
To assist in the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of regular reports

Foster relationships and collaborate with designated pillar stakeholders on data management, reporting and standards to benefit the ANL business

To assist with administration of the ANL Detention and Demurrage system including the formulation of recommendations to the ANL management

To provide coaching / support to the new co-op and graduate staff rotating on a yearly basis

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary qualifications in International Business, Supply chain/Logistics or equivalent experience

Knowledge of ANL trade routes.

Sound computer skills, including intermediate excel skills

Strong attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problems solving, including a high level of numeracy
