**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Manager - Operations, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional, efficient, and confidential secretarial and administrative services for one or more members of management.
- Carrying out general administrative support
- Diary and travel management
- Reporting and presentation preparation
- Inducting contractors working on site
- Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and reporting
- Ensure high level of customer service is demonstrated to internal and external clients
- Property maintenance coordination
- Event planning and coordination
- Management administration support to senior managers
- General reporting and meeting minutes
- On-boarding support for new hires

**Experience and Skills**:

- Experience in an administrative or secretarial role desirable
- Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential
- Customer service experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills
