**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced administrator or looking to commence a role in logistics administration and want to take the next step in your career with a global ASX listed organisation?
As part of the Supply Chain team based at our Erskine Park Office, this role reports to the Logistics Optimisation Manager. Your role will be to handle the day-to-day administration of CHEP Logistics, using business processes that deliver best-in-class service while ensuring compliance with relevant Safety, COR, legislation and Quality requirements.
The key responsibilities of this role include:- Resolve day-to-day administration issues for CHEP logistics movements within agreed timelines- Follow standard business processes as set by the Logistics Leadership Team- Achieve all KPI’s as set out by the Logistics Leadership Team- Process day to day operation of the TMS and SAP systems including Deliveries and PODs- Review Carrier Rate Cards to ensure all Deliveries and discrepancies are processed in accordance with agreed rates.- Review and close out any open loads (customer issues/returns and/or relocations) using TMS reports and ensure any open corrections are closed out. Review missed loads report, TMS Dashboard to ensure deliveries are completed without ageing- Review available information from TMS to pro-actively communicate with Logistics Carriers if there is potential Service Failures and ensure all Service Failures are logged on the day received- Investigate, record, and perform root cause analysis of Logistics service failures and complaints at the time of incident with all relevant information provided with clear commentary of failure-
- Observe and comply with relevant State/Territory OHS&E and COR regulations and legislation.- Participate in defining and implementing process improvements, which ultimately will help lift CHEP logistics performance.- Process-driven individual- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges- Strong communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with systematic and timely follow-through- The ability to handle multiple tasks and operate well under pressure- High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with ERP, SAP a plus- Logistics Experience highly regarded
