Our client, a leading 3PL business are seeking an experience Dock Administration officer to join their Erskine Park team. This role is based onsite a busy multi-client facility and will see you support the administration and communication with transport team members.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Processing drivers’ paperwork for local freight / Import / Export consignments
- Ensuring all appropriate documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner to support arrival on time and ship on time KPIS
- Ensuring all loads are accurately and timely updated in the Transport Management System (Mobiledock)
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders regarding any pick-up or delivery difficulties or other operational problems
- Driver sign in, inductions and fatigue management checks
- Ensuring compliance by all personnel with the Company standards with respect to COR, this includes truck inspections.
- Assisting customer queries
- Load planning
- Maintaining administrative files and documentation

**Required Experience for the position**:

- Previous administration experience within the warehouse/ transport or logistics industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask
- SAP experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Mobiledock experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Intermediate computer skills in particular MS Excel
