**RETAIL SUPERVISOR - HIGHPOINT**:

- Maribyrnong, Australia
- VIC-Highpoint**YOUR MISSION**:

- This is a permanent part time role, 25 hours pw
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience in store
- Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately process sales, exchanges, refunds
- Process stock and merchandise product, ensure excellent presentation of store
- Comply with all Policies and Procedures

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Previous experience in a focused, customer service-oriented environment
- People leadership experience desirable, but not essential
- Self-motivated and willingness to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with customers
- Motivated and driven approach, ability to multitask and prioritise
