About the role:
As a Admin Supervisor, you will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department in Bunnings, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What’s involved:
- Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers- Compliance and Audit procedures- Assist with inducting and training the team

You’ll need:
- An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team- Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers- Have an eagerness to learn about new products- An understanding of compliance and auditing- Previous admin experiences preferred
