Our Talent Acquisition function is evolving and we want you to be a part of the transformation.

In this role, you will work with us to define our new way forward and utilise your knowledge and experience within end-to-end recruitment to enhance our service offering.

You will partner with hiring managers at all levels and across a diverse client group. Part of your role will be to understand who your client is, what their area delivers and how they play a role in the bigger picture - this is essential for you to successfully partner with them and provide strategic advice on bringing in new talent. You will coach, guide and train hiring managers in the process, policy and systems to enable efficiency and of course a successful recruitment outcome.

Our people are important, so we have invested heavily in a new HRIS (SuccessFactors) that will assist us to streamline processes for our customers, discontinue disjointed systems, have access to rich data and insights and provide our team with digital capabilities to help us work smarter and provide more opportunities for proactive and strategic talent sourcing.

**What you will bring**

You have worked within Talent Acquisition/Human Resources and love working with people. You are customer focused, have high attention to detail and are keen to broaden your skills outside of the normal BAU recruitment function. You are confident communicator, have exceptional stakeholder management skills and like working in a team environment where we share our ideas, questions and tips from recruitment through to the best places to eat
