The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates closely with essential stakeholders and leaders to develop recruitment strategies, refine processes, and establish procedures.

This position entails overseeing the entirety of the recruitment and onboarding process, from initial sourcing to post-placement follow-up. Our primary objective is to uphold our Customer Obsession culture and cultivate a deeply engaged workplace, aspiring to become the Employer of Choice.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Take clear and complete briefs from hiring managers.
- Define the best recruitment method that fits the need. Not all talent attraction processes are the same.
- Stakeholder engagement and management, including setting realistic expectations and timeframes.
- Assess the best talent through robust screening and engaging interviews.
- Coach and support hiring managers with interview techniques, position description and interview guide development.
- Reference checking and, when requested, administer psychometric assessing through 3rd party
- Facilitate internal employee promotions and moves.
- Analyse industry trends and metrics and support future recruitment planning strategies and requirements. For e.g. LinkedIn Talent Insights
- Coach and support the business in resolving recruitment problems.
- Assist in projects to join; e.g. Onboarding, Talent Pipelining, Training, OD, EVP, Social Programs and much more.
- Work with the HRBPs to design and implement talent management strategies across designated business groups.
- Support Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategies and initiatives, including health and wellbeing practices.
- Work collaboratively with the wider People Team (Org Capability, Talent, Communications, Reward & Systems, and Operations) to align and deliver on our strategic priorities.
- Assist / drive relevant industry met ups and events.
- Own your personal development and career

About you:

- Several successful years’ experience in an agency or in house internal recruitment team
- Ability to build trusting and effective relationships quickly
- Innovative thinking, challenge the status quo.
- Great time management and ability to prioritise, ability to work autonomously.
- Team player. We share work on a capacity basis. We work together and fast to get things done.
- Creative thinker, always ahead of industry trends, on how best to attract and assess the best.
- Systems savvy
- IT / Digital or UX Recruitment Experience would be desirable
- Experience with. Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, Seek Talent Database, Viva Engage, Slack, MS Office and Outlook
