About The Role

AGL’s Customer Markets business plays an incredibly important part on helping us deliver on our strategy, as me navigate the energy transition in Australia and deal with the current economic climate.

Our Recruitment Team culture is open and collaborative with plenty of room for your personal style and energy and for individuals to shine.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leveraging strong relationships with hiring leaders and other stakeholders, to coach, advise and drive best-practise recruitment processes
- Understand current and future talent needs and building strong pipelines of talent
- Building credibility as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders to be able to influence key hiring decisions
- Supporting our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, including gender diversity

About You

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and deeply curious Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Customer Operations business. You’ll be a team player, aligned to our AGL values with an appetite for continuous improvement and open to development and learning.

What You Will Bring To The Table
- Talent acquisition experience with an understanding of large, complex organisations
- Proven ability to secure difficult to find talent through proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling
- Ability to influence and build strong working relationships as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Business acumen and awareness to understand business drivers and strategy
