We provide allied health programs on-site in Manly via telehealth and outreach into rural and remote communities.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of activities which directly enable our key priorities for revenue generation, advocacy, brand awareness, service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

You will report to the Head of Marketing & Fundraising and have our Marketing Assistant report to you. In this team you will deliver our communications, marketing and brand strategy.

- Job Description**Key accountabilities**:

- Execution of RFW’s external marketing and communications activities ensuring alignment, effective brand integration and achievement of planned goals.
- Develop and lead the execution of Royal Far West’s digital strategy - website/SEO, SEM, brand and acquisition, social media, and supporter journey to grow reach, traffic, engagement, and supporters
- Lead the content planning process for FM&A and in partnership with the marketing communications team and the broader FMA&A business execute segmented comms to nurture and engage RFW’s audiences.
- Lead the development and execution of tactical campaigns to support hero initiatives e.g. Ride for Country Kids
- Lead on the review and trafficking of internal briefs via Salesforce cases
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to RFW teams to support consistency in key messaging and brand alignment.
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to the broader FM&A team, in particular the Partnerships Specialist and Direct Marketing Coordinator to build up the collective skills across Pardot, Canva, Adobe etc.
- Desired Skills and Experience**ABOUT YOU**:

- A minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Specialist/Assistant Marketing Manager role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement skills egg agencies, partners, Ambassadors
- Experience using the Adobe suite and ability to design basic collateral/digital assets
- Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and Word press
- Results orientated and self-motivated
- Project management skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects/tasks to deadlines.
- Influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to sensitively respond to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A proactive and action driven professional attitude and approach with the ability to generate ideas, think innovatively and problem solve.
- Ability to travel if required.
- Availability to represent Royal Far West at fundraising initiatives, activities, and events.
