**Key Responsibilities**:
**Enrolment Management**:

- Oversee the complete overseas student admissions process, focusing on efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage admissions for various programs, including High School Preparation, direct entry, Study Abroad, Study Tour, and offshore programs.
- Utilise the institution's Enrolment portal to process offers, written agreements, and health/medical information.
- Collaborate with the Director of International to plan and supervise activities for short-term groups.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolment data in compliance with Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) requirements.

**Student Support**:

- Coordinate airport transfers and accommodation bookings for incoming and outgoing students.
- Liaise with various stakeholders from diverse cultures and nationalities, offering translation as needed.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and agents.
- Offer language support for domestic enrolments under the guidance of the Director of International.

**Agent Partnerships and Outreach**:

- Establish strong relationships with overseas agents for effective recruitment of international students.
- Collaborate with the Director of International to arrange agent training sessions and marketing events.
- Monitor agent agreement renewals and ensure up-to-date information.
- Manage agent commission payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Participate in marketing events to promote our international programs.

**Administrative Compliance**:

- Provide administrative and bilingual support to the Director of International.
- Serve as the main point of contact for international office coordination, promptly addressing inquiries from students, parents, staff, and the public.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and institutional policies related to admissions.
- Collaborate with the International Accommodation Officer for student welfare arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student database records in accordance with privacy policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including cross-cultural communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred proficiency in a second language (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese).
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent business qualifications and experience.

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS).
- Knowledge of government Immigration and Border Protection regulations pertaining to international students.
- Previous experience in international enrolments and customer service.
- Interaction with school-aged children, especially overseas students.
- Experience with TASS database management.

**CONDITIONS AND SALARY**
- Fixed Term, Full-time
- Wages and conditions are in accordance with the _Moreton Bay College Enterprise Agreement._
- The College contributes superannuation on behalf of the employee in accordance with the _Moreton Bay Enterprise Agreement._
