**Description**:
**What’s involved**: This role is responsible for supporting our State Sales Managers, National Sales Leadership team and our sales teams through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required.

**Every day will be different, and you’ll be helping us with**:
Support the State Sales Managers and National Sales Leadership Team through managing and co-ordinating administrative duties as required.
Provide administration support as required by the Sales team.
- Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the State Sales Management team.
- Some management of the day-to-day operation of the Richmond office.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Sound level of communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Team oriented but also able to work independently.
- Must possess excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation.
- Developed analytical and problems solving skills.
- Customer focussed.
- Project management skills.
- Current drivers licence.

- Bi-monthly state sales meetings, wine tastings and dinners.
- Coordinating events and tastings for events and assisting with set up and serving on the day.
- Knowing the support you provide for the sales team helps them achieving their budgets/KPIs.
- Ongoing maintenance and championing continuous improvement within our systems and processes including our CRM.
