E-commerce Coordinator Graduate - Building SuppliesAre you a graduate looking to kick start your career in eCommerce or Construction & Technology? Join the leading online ecommerce platform servicing Melbourne-based Contractors with our Same Day and Express Delivery Service.As an E-commerce Coordinator, your primary role will involve coordinating orders and site deliveries, maintaining good relationships with suppliers and customers, and update product and category listings on our website. You will be based in our vibrant Richmond office and be part of a team leading the market to source building supplies online._We have the opportunity for this role to be part time (minimum 3 days / week or minimum 24 hours) if you are still completing university or preferably full time. _Key Responsibilities:

- Processing and coordinating orders/sales via our website and by phone.
- Scheduling and coordinating site deliveries with our delivery partners.
- Providing exemplary customer support, including product advice and recommendations.
- Evaluate and analyze order costs to identify inefficiencies in shipping.
- Develop project quotations.
- Enhance our online presence by updating and upload new product listing to our website.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:

- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, IT, Business, Engineering or Construction).
- Highly analytical and a logical thinker.
- Proficiency in computer usage and willing to learn about construction products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in dealing with trade clients, including builders and tradespeople.
- Proactive approach to resolving customer queries and issues.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to your role.
