The Opportunity
The Research Graduate role is for someone who is naturally curious, switched on, driven and also
has a lot of common sense. You are interested in the world around you and are keen to work with
others who are dynamic and smart and who continually look to deliver outstanding outcomes for
our clients and you are keen to see the positive impact that has.

learn new skills and your fellow colleagues will provide invaluable mentor both formally and
informally.
Using our purpose built leading edge technology in the work we do, we will teach you the research
skills (qualitative & quantitative) and build your strategic consulting skills
Working in a supportive environment with high autonomy you will work on
Helping develop proposals to a client's brief
Assisting in the development of questionnaires
Assisting management of fieldwork partners
Checking and monitor all aspects of fieldwork
Analysing data sets and prepare presentations
Delivering presentations as part of the project team
Success factors in this role
Passion for a Market Research career with relevant territory degree (Marketing,
Research or something similar)
Hunger to learn and develop research skills whilst being interested in technology
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good verbal and written communication
Close attention to detail
Strong analytical ability
Creative acumen
Experience with excel and PowerPoint
Working rights in Australia for at least 2 years
