They are currently seeking a talented HEAD CONCIERGE to join their exceptional Concierge Department. Exceed guests’ expectations with your outstanding customer service when you join this well-known and highly regarded property.

**THE ROLE**
- Manage the Concierge, Porter and Valet Parking departments
- Motivate and inspire concierge team to deliver impeccable service
- Staff development, training and coaching

**The Must Haves**
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel
- Current driver’s license

- High level interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Previous detailed experience of Opera
