About The Role

Salvos Stores are seeking a full-time permanent eCommerce Lead, Marketplaces based in Melbourne (remote) to drive the growth of Salvos Stores Online Hub network nationally and optimise performance across existing and emerging digital sales channels.

Reporting to the eCommerce Manger, you will lead key activities such as overseeing and implementing improvements to our current online operations, growing sales and profitability.

The Role You Will Play:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Online Hub teams
- Establish and maintain a high performing and engaged workforce
- Lead recruitment of Online Hub staff and develop volunteer engagement strategy
- Analyse and communicate key eCommerce metrics and reporting
- Support training and professional development of Online Hub staff and volunteers
- Support Online Hub team to manage complex customer enquiries
- Review, implement and maintain H&S standards and practices to provide a safe workplace for Online Hub teams
- Manage Salvos Stores’ high standard of presence on digital marketplaces
- Drive Salvos Stores’ sales performance across relevant online sales channels
- Devise and implement strategies across digital marketplaces
- Respond to emerging digital sales channels opportunities

About You

You will have the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of the user experience including product, channel merchandising improvements, order fulfilment and customer service. You also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related filed- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.- Experience with online marketplaces highly desirable.- Excellent people management and written/verbal communication skills- Highly analytical and able to interpret and develop insights and recommendations.
