Eccommerce Assistant

We are looking for casual, part time or full time team members for an immedidate start. The role will include.
- Fulfilling & pack orders
- Process returns
- Day to day operations to ensure customer satisfaction (customer communication)
- Develop deep knowledge of the EveryHuman business
- Assist in the content creation team when required

*Manual labour will form part of this role.

**Job Requirements**:

- Outstanding project management experience
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Be proactive in identifying, resolving and communicating challenges
- Thorough understanding of entire ecommerce processes from conversion to fulfillment to customer service
- Sales goal driven with a strong understanding of business drivers that will impact sales
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Possess excellent follow-up capabilities, ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously

**Experience & Education**:

- The perfect job for anyone who is passionate about eCommerce.
- eCommmerce experience preferred.

**Proven Record**:

- Shopify experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal/team building skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and participate on multi-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be results and deadline driven
- Microsoft Office proficiency with Word and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Macquarie Park, NSW 2113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

- Australia (required)
