We are looking to continue to grow within our Customer Success team, and have an opportunity for a Graduate Customer Service Specialist to join us - see below for more details.
**Requirements**:
**What you’ll be doing**
- Deliver an amazing customer experience to continually “wow” our customers and clients.
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, regarding our product offerings, billing or general enquiries
- Responsible for the identification, handling, and escalation of customer issues as required.
- Dealing with sensitive, and confidential matters regarding individuals employment references, background check results and other details.
- Liaising with the product and development team to ensure we are constantly evolving.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes or systems, with full autonomy and resources to support their implementation
- Engage with government and other regulatory authorities as required.
**Who you are**:
- Passionate about making the world a better place, delivering an outstanding customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills - written, spoken, on the phone, and team face-to-face engagements.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner when corresponding with applicants and clients.
- “Hit the ground running” attitude - as we are quite agile you will need to learn quickly to keep up with our momentum.
- Able to tackle difficult situations head on, and find strategies to overcome challenges.
