**The Role**:
The HR Systems and Reporting Analyst reports to the Manager HR Digital Experience and is a part of the wider People and Transformation Team. This role will support the delivery of ad hoc and periodic people reporting data sets, ensure the maintenance of employee and contractor access, develop and implement activities to support and influence data integrity and contribute to reporting and digital HRIS projects.

This will be achieved through:

- Delivery of periodic people data sets including Board reports, annual report and monthly performance measures.
- Provide HRIS system support for user access and general system functionality.
- Identify improvement opportunities across reporting and systems.
- Assess and coordinate P&T system upgrades and release activities.
- Contribute to digital HRIS projects.
- Build and deliver regular auditing of data integrity across all HRIS platforms to ensure accuracy.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and an understanding of their needs.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Extensive experience preparing HR reporting/people data sets and visuals, for analysis and insights to be drawn out for improved business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience responding to ad hoc reporting requests and developing people reporting requirements.
- Exposure to and an understanding of HRIS Systems such as Chris21, UKG Kronos (WFR), PageUp or Cornerstone
- Inquisitive nature, strong customer focus, a desire to problem solve and trouble shoot through to resolution.
- Ability to form collaborative relationships and provide exceptional customer service with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in either Human Resources or Business is preferred.
