HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting 12 Month Fixed Term Contract at one of the largest TAFEs in Victoria This position is responsible for partnering with executives and leaders within their assigned portfolios through implementation of People and Culture initiatives.

This position is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract and will help the organisation look at strategy and look for continuous improvement for future change and growth.

This role would suit a HR professional who is eager to work on both projects and general HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with developing current and future capability and engagement needs
- Identify opportunities in the organisation for culture change, performance management and process improvement
- Partner with leadership to teams to help implement people experience initiatives and intervene to mitigate people issues as they arise
- Provide advice on human resource management principles, industrial agreements, policies and relevant legislation

Key Selection Criteria:

- Relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience
- Strong understanding of industrial relations and employment frameworks
- Experience working effectively in a team environment - achieving goals by integrating resources, processes, systems, people and policies
- Have a creative and collaborative mindset
