- The Training Officer contributes to TLA’s workforce development goals by: - developing, coordinating and delivering systems and policy related training and support;

**Hours per fortnight**:
Part Time - 9 days per fortnight (66.15 hours) - flexible options available.

**Duties**:

- Provide routine business systems and policy-related training and support for TLA’s suite of corporate and specialist legal practice software products.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and develop new digital ways of working.
- Develop training in accordance with training management plans and maintain training registers and relevant completions documentation in accordance with compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assist in structured User Acceptance testing of new business systems and software upgrades as and when required.
- Monitor, evaluate, record and maintain common systems issues experienced by end users.
- In consultation with stakeholders, develop and maintain training manuals and management plans, digital adoption tools, systems management procedures, troubleshooting articles and associated documentation to support end-users.
- Assist with the ongoing business systems improvement activities by identifying and recommending solutions for issues that arise.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in training and change management
- Current Driver’s Licence
