Program Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Officer to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). As a key member of our education and training team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our General Practice Training (AGPT) program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for the AGPT program, including coordinating registrar education workshops and assessment activities.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to program delivery, including recognition of prior learning and assessment of new cohort registrars.
- Assist with Completion of Training (COT) documentation and ensure accurate data entry across multiple platforms.
- Respond to queries from registrars, supervisors, and practice managers as required.
- Experience in supporting the delivery of education and training programs, preferably in a health or education setting.
- Proven administration skills and/or event coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with program delivery managers, Training Coordinators, and Regional Medical Educators.
- Ability to autonomously resolve complex issues through the gathering and analysis of information.
