Administration Trainee

We service, maintain, and install Air-conditioning & Refrigeration equipment for commercial, industrial, and domestic industries across Melbourne’s West and greater metropolitan areas.

Metrocool currently has a career development opportunity for a Trainee Receptionist / Administrator. This position will ideally suit a new entrant into the workforce looking to launch their career in Administration. Work while you learn and earn a wage as you undertake a certificate in Administration where your tuition fees are reimbursed.

**The position duties include**:

- Front desk reception responding to and distributing calls
- Data entry
- Manual and digital filing and archiving
- Purchase orders, stock inventory
- Looking after office supplies
- Job booking confirmations and diary entries
- Welcome host for visitors

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with work hours 9.00am-5.00pm, trainee wages apply.

If you can demonstrate the following attributes - reliability, positive attitude, friendly and helpful disposition, and a willingness to learn and keen to pursue a career in admin, then we are prepared to invest in your development.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
