Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **About you**:

- Align with company culture and values
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Computer literate
- Be a team player
- Positive, quick learning attitude
- Approachability and professional presentation
- Ability to organise and prioritise own tasks
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Able to commit to a 12 month Traineeship

**What you will do**:

- Handling reception duties and maintaining the office
- Managing incoming calls, including multiple telephone lines
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
- Coordinating client appointments through outbound calls
- Managing the schedules of Financial Advisers
- Addressing general inquiries from clients
- Completing administrative tasks as requested by clients
- Maintaining compliance records according to practice standards and CRM guidelines.
