**What will you be doing?**

This position will report to the APAC General Manager and will be responsible for the sales and profitability of the company’s channel, eCommerce, and business development activities in the Indo Pacific region.

**Key Responsibilities will include.**
- In consultation with the General Managers for APAC and ANZEA and VP Global Marketing, develop the strategic eCommerce plans for the Indo Pacific region.
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Communicate eCommerce business performance against agreed Objectives and Key Results including share of search, product page performance, brand compliance across retailer channels, sales rank
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive traffic & sales via the website

**About You**

The Market Development and eCommerce Manager position represents a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your existing experience and continue to progress your career within an engaging eCommerce environment.

We are seeking a highly committed, results orientated professional with high level interpersonal and communication skills, who is self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision within in a fast-paced multi-functional environment.

Significant previous experience managing websites or e-commerce CMS, associated software and platforms is a mandatory requirement for the position.
