**Your new company**
This family-owned manufacturing company are Australia wide with an international market. Located in the inner Southern suburbs, this brand is a global leader in their specialist products across several industries.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Product Manager, as the E-Commerce Coordinator you will assist with all e-comm activities which support the growth and success across Australian and international markets. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Executing & supporting EDM campaigns
- Managing and maintaining websites ensuring ease of use, accuracy of information and visual appeal
- Monitoring of product and pricing accuracy across ecommerce platforms
- Liaising and working collaboratively with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders
- Managing online customer service
- Stock counts, transfers, and levels

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Experience in an e-commerce role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain products on all ecommerce platforms
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and autonomously
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graphic design experience will be highly favoured
- A valid National Police Check (no older than 6 months) or the ability to obtain one

Please note you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if successful in this position.
