They are currently looking for a new talented **Web Analytics Specialist** to join their talented award-winning team to build best-of-breed eCommerce solutions.
- This is a permanent position based in Adelaide CBD.
- Work in the office during the first 6 months - Then hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
- Mid, Mid-Senior, and Senior profiles will be considered.

**The Role**

This role involves implementing and managing tracking tags using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics to accurately track user actions and website metrics, and analysing web traffic data to provide insights on user behaviour and conversion rates. It includes designing and conducting A/B tests with tools like Hotjar and Optimizely to optimise user experience, interpreting results to inform decisions, and evaluating marketing campaigns for performance improvements. Additionally, the role involves advising clients on optimisation opportunities and best practices, and supporting projects teams with documentation and project variations. It requires working within agile teams as well as gathering and analysing requirements to facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

The role sees you working alongside a highly talented and award-winning development team, UX designers, Tech Analysts, and eCommerce specialists. Your expertise will help guide the team to deliver the exceptional results that their clients are looking for.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage tracking tags to ensure accurate tracking of user actions and website metrics.
- Analyse web traffic data to provide insights on user behaviour, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
- Interpret test results to make data-driven decisions.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimise conversion paths to increase customer conversion rates.
- Develop digital strategies to enhance e-commerce platform performance.
- Provide expert advice on e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Document business requirements (user stories, BRD, FRD).
- Support sales and presales teams with RFQs, RFPs, and project variations.
- Create process maps, flows, and diagrams.
- Participate in agile teams for timely project delivery (they follow the Scrum framework).
- Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

**What You Will Bring**
- Leverage 4+ years of digital analysis experience with eCommerce or Digital/Tech projects
- Sounds experience with GA/Google Analytics, bonus points for other popular Web Analytics tools (,Adobe Analytics, hotjar, etc.)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, A/B Testing, and other digital marketing analytics tools
- Experience in creating and collaborating on User Stories and requirements with clients and teams
- Experience working with multiple diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and seamlessly transition between them as needed
- Experience with business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Accountability - Teamwork - honest, clear and respectful Communication
- Experience in eCommerce is highly regarded but not essential
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
