**Some nitty gritty details**:
**The job**
You'll have worked as a water resources engineer / in integrated water management for a number of years. Integrated water cycle manaqement, community engagement, urban greening strategies, stormwater harvesting, sustainability assessments and strategies, stormwater management and WSUD strategies.. these project types or components of projects will be familiar to you.

We won't need to tell you how to do your job, you are already competent and confident.

There will be business development needed, but it'll be organic, supported and it will feel natural.

**Of course you'll need a civil or environmental engineer degree and local Melbourne experience in the private sector.**

**The office**
This is a group who enjoy coming in to the office. They usually have 1-2 days from home per week as norm but there's no one who wishes to be home more. The team here enjoy being part of the team and all actively contibute to the workplace culture.

The office is in the heart of the CBD. There's a major train station 200m away and tram stops at the door. End of trip facilities are really good.

There are circa 4 others offices Australia wide.

**Purpose**
The role is to facilitate the set up of an IWM team. This won't mean it's you doing it solo and no one else. The current team is currently doing some of this work, we are simply looking for a dedicated leader for the group, a client facing engineer who can bring accelerated purpose and passion enough to grow a dedicated IWM team.

**Success will look like** gently growing a team, finding your own groove, talking to existing clients, harbouring new relationships, colaborating nationally.

**Flexibility**
As mentioned above. 2 days from home. A really down to earth leadership group (that you'll be a part of), mostly with young families. They understand that Life Happens.

**Projects**
Also as above. Their clients are currently private sector developers, Melbourne Water, CMAs of various sizes, local councils and other privately owned businesses.. oh, and other consultants.

Take home salary $160k - $180k plus Super.
