**The job**
This job would suit someone who has an abundance of relevant water industry expertise, an open-mind and an approach to work that assumes the good in everyone. You’ll take home between $145k and $180k p/a plus Super depending on what you have to offer.

**Experience and technical ability and expectations**
This is a Principal level role. You will succeed if you have approximately nine or more years’ experience across Australia (more is absolutely welcome).

Technical ability in stormwater and waterway management, WSUD, Flood investigations and flood risk management, integrated water management, water network planning, water supply, wetlands, development planning and design, development strategy would all be helpful. You don’t need to have mastered everything however, to be able to give this opportunity your best. You do need technical ability.

As a key, senior person in the business, you may wish to be networking, marketing, developing business. It’s not All or Nothing however. There’s ample support so you’re not running solo and the best successes here come organically. Or, this pathway may not be for you and you may enjoy project based work only. This is fine too.

We would also expect that you’re keen to Work To Live and not Live To Work. As such, you probably enjoy sharing your knowledge and professional learning experiences with colleagues. While this isn’t a Team Lead role as such, a level of generosity in your approach will pay dividends to your success working here.
