**We are on the lookout for an administration superstar to join our team**

**Who are we?**

We are an accounting firm based in Keysborough. We specialise in tax accounting, self-managed super funds, and auditing. We are a small team of 7 and we pride ourselves on a warm and inclusive environment

**Your Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering calls and redirecting as required
- Maintaining databases and providing general administration support
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Mail and document management
- Assisting senior management with adhoc tasks
- Manage, develop and improve administration processes

**We want to hear from people that**:

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Have a genuine interest in building a long term career
- Hold current driver’s licence and own vehicle

**Previous experience in administration and/or reception is highly preferred.**

**ROLE STARTING IN JANUARY 2024**

**Salary**: $51,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keysborough, VIC 3173: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
