**The Role**
**Duties**
- Answering incoming calls
- Day to day office administration including ordering office supplies and daily mail and/or courier services.
- Looking after reception & security register & issuing site access passes when staff require them
- Processing customer request & Raising purchasing order
- Data entry as required
- Assisting with end of month deadlines & reporting
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Customer service oriented.
- Attention to detail and high standard of data entry accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate PC skills.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Action oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to meet deadlines - not flustered by short time frame tasks.
- A good team player and excellent relationship builder.
