**Overview**:
This delivery role is a combination of strategy and hands-on implementation. Embedded at the client’s office, you’ll enjoy working in a collaborative team alongside experts from the internal marketing strategy & planning, product, data and insights teams, as well as external partners to execute on best in-class through direct to customer communications strategies. This role is responsible for the digital marketing planning, design, implementation, and optimisation of customer campaigns, to drive portfolio optimisation.

You're also a team player with strong verbal and written skills, ready to lend a helping hand wherever, when needed. Self-driven, you operate autonomously within your areas of expertise. If you have a background in martech, marketing automation, and/or CRM, then this role is one for you.
**What you’ll be doing in this role**:
- Be the conduit between Marketing and Analytics and help translate complex data concepts and requirements between the two teams and to other stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships with the client to deeply understand their capabilities, business objectives and challenges.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on enhancing customer experiences & business outcomes.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate the delivery of campaigns e.g. creating data briefs, assisting with testing and QA and be flexible and adaptable to assist Marketing team members with campaign coordination activities.
- Build, update and optimise web pages when required.
- Create bespoke campaign reports and monitor the effectiveness of communication programs.
- Analyse campaign results and present insights and recommendations back to the client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Brand, Legal, Data, Compliance, Digital & Customer Care to deliver best outcomes for marketing communication programs.
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the client’s business.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
This is a Full-time (12 month contract)
**Qualifications**:
What you will need to be successful:
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years’ experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing
Bachelor of Business
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or relevant field
CMS experience in platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and Kentico (favourable but not essential)
Ability to deal with fast-paced environments and excel under pressure
Previous experience in Financial Services considered beneficial
Highly organised, proactive and dynamic
Demonstrated high level of communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in working with external partners
Aptitude to learn and upskill across digital capabilities
Must have a strong understanding of marketing execution processes.
