Our client is an award-winning real estate group who have earnt a stellar reputation as being one of the most prestigious independent brands in Sydney. They service the luxury Eastern Suburbs marketplace and are led by a forward-thinking management team that sit at the forefront of innovation and treat their staff like family.

Due to phenomenal growth, they are currently seeking a switched on, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to take charge of their Marketing division. This is a NEWLY created role, where you will be given full creative and strategic license and be the driving force behind all business and marketing, to solidify this brand's presence across their target marketplaces.

**The Position**

This is a critical role that will see you responsible for brand elevation, design and content creation, overseeing marketing campaigns, developing and implementing social/digital marketing strategies, as well as sponsorship and promotional activities to engage with the local community.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Social media content creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies
- Develop and implement marketing calendar of promotions and other marketing activities to maximize online traffic to our social platforms and website
- Work with management and Agents to design and implement specific and targeted campaigns that will drive customer traffic and bring in appraisal leads
- Provide a high level of Agent marketing engagement and support on property listings and personal branding
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns results and report on activity in management reports
- Maintain relationships with local media, other suppliers and local community groups and be actively involved in community events on behalf of the agency
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets for the agency and agent marketing
- Assist with the publishing of business EDMs, blog posts and website content to develop business brand awareness
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, including videographers and photographers

**The Person**

Our client is seeking someone who can lead from the front, is full of initiative and loves getting stuck into the creative process.
- Previous marketing experience is essential - ideally within the real estate/property sector
- Prior experience managing or delegating to a team, or the confidence to take on a leadership role
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing is desirable
- Proven creative design experience - you do NOT need to be a Graphic Design guru, but will need to be well-versed in following through the entire creative process
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite highly desirable
- High level of understanding of digital media targeting and social media management
- A metrics-driven mindset, an eye for creativity and an innovative, hands-on approach
- Strong proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation is a given
