Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage extensive calendars for executives across multiple time zones (mainly Asia and Australia).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings including logistics, document preparation, and communication with relevant parties.
- Uphold professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and communications.
- Organize team communications and events, both onsite and offsite.
- Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodations, and local requirements.
- Oversee the distribution of internal communications and manage team distribution lists.
- Handle business expenses, personal invoices, and related financial administration.
- Update and maintain document templates and company agreements.
- Manage reservations, meals, and appointments as required.
- Address daily errands and ad hoc requests.
- Assist in organizing personal events and appearances for executives.
- Support in preparing documents, grants, and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a technology company in an international setting.
- Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and availability outside of standard office hours.
- Familiarity with startup technologies such as Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, Wechat, Whatsapp, etc.
