As a Client Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, passionate about recruitment, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a team environment..

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients through various sources such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to identify their staffing requirements.
- Develop proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Save Our Service recruitment company.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand requirements for open positions.
- Create job descriptions and post openings on job boards, professional networks, social media platforms etc.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales or business development within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
