Caring for You Nursing Agency was established in 2004 and is Australia’s largest nurse-led privately owned nursing agency. We have over 19 years’ experience specialising in the provision of exceptional temporary and permanent quality personnel and customer service to all sectors of the healthcare industry. Our member base consists of over 8500 healthcare and nursing personnel employed in a variety of industries such as Aged Care, Private and Public Hospitals, Home and Community Nursing across four states.

Our Co-CEO’s Belle and Grace Thomson are Registered Nurses with experience working across various positions within the healthcare sector and supported by an all-female executive management team.

Based at our Carrum Downs Head Office this position is full time Monday to Friday with flexibility for 4 days per week for the right applicant.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Contracts Assistant to support our Contracts Coordinator with service agreements, contracts and tender submissions.

You will bring (and be able to demonstrate) excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills. This will involve playing a key role in business-critical projects and working through stakeholder priorities.

**YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE**
- High attention to detail and a strong executor.
- Focused and strategic thinking.
- Ideally 3 or more years’ experience in an administration position, however we are open for the right culture fit.
- Experience working with contracts or legislative requirements would be amazing.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry is desirable (but we are open).
- Experience with Adobe, Microsoft and DocuSign.
- Your time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder expectations and day to day duties simultaneously is very important.
- Exceptional customer service approach and communication methods.
