**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate existing and potential client contracts and agreements by reviewing and negotiating terms, conditions and pricing;
- Responsible for overseeing the compliance and adherence to contractual obligations across the contract;
- Reviewing contracts to identify critical compliance requirements and monitoring ongoing adherence.
- Manage the delivery of all contract reports, analysis, and plans.
- Manage and report contractual and internal compliance framework.
- Managing specialist sub-contractor and their compliance in line with the contract.
- Provide data, support and recommendations to contract users as required;
- Ensure stakeholders understand and comply with the terms outlined in the contracts;
- Oversee all aspects of end to end contract management;
- Communicate and obtain agreement on contract requirements and pricing with stakeholders;
- Undertake forecasting, analysis and modelling for large scale commercial projects to assist with commercial and strategic decision making;
- Provide supervision and guidance on matters relating to the contracts, and assisting with ongoing development and training.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting or procurement (highly desirable)
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Contract Compliance Manager or in a similar compliance-focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify compliance gaps and develop effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a meticulous approach to contract review and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly developed commercial and negotiation abilities to engage with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
