As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

**About Goodstart Semaphore Park**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Semaphore Park is a small three room, 70 place centre. We are tucked into a lovely little part of our community, close to local schools, shops and residentials areas, as well as main roads and transport routes.
We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability.
We provide high quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Our educators are passionate and committed to providing nurturing and simulating early learning environment.
With a strong commitment and focus to create a warm and welcoming community focused centre we look forward to building and maintaining meaningful and true relationships with all our families and children.
