**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Learning and Development Lead you’ll be involved in
- Content Development: deliver high quality content across multiple product platforms as per the current REAPIT product suite.
- Content Delivery: deliver internal education programs for new releases or to assist in the onboarding or upskill of new team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive, manage and deliver content and education to the highest quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: participate in sample checking and development programs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes in Confluence.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimise processes, training delivery, content production and stakeholder experience
- Reporting: ensure reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Administration: Maintain all administrative records and functions, respond in a timely manner to desk tickets and manage the learning systems

**What your impact and success looks like**

As a Learning and Development Specialist we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:

- Handling basic content updates for help centre content
- Responding too and managing LMS tickets and administration
- Responding too and managing updates to training platforms

Within 3 months:

- Delivering internal training for minimum 1 product suite
- Building basic e-learning content
- Building video content

Within 6 months:

- Delivering internal training for minimum 2 products in the suite
- Managing end to end product update requests
- Successfully working with product, marketing and other internal stakeholders
