Our technology team is embarking on a digital transformation, aiming to provide a world leading immersive and integrated digital experience for players, fans, and our own people through the effective design and delivery of digital products. To support this transformation, we are looking for a People Business Partner - Technology Transformation to join our team on a 8 month max term contract.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, in this role you will drive transformation activities across Technology from a people perspective; leading key workforce and culture initiatives including managing change and engagement of key stakeholders to support the delivery and implementation of the Tennis Digital Roadmap.

In this role you will:

- Drive the development of the people strategy for Technology including its effective translation into business plans and alignment of people, workforce, process, structure and systems to deliver workforce objectives
- Identify and review current workforce capability, future requirements and create a talent plan to enable the delivery of the digital strategy
- In conjunction with the CIO, ensure the resource model is fit for purpose with cost and capability balanced appropriately
- Develop and implement people change strategies including workforce planning and optimisation initiatives; Implementing business/workplace changes including managing employee consultation and mitigation of risks that stem from those changes
- Coach and guide Technology leaders in developing and maintaining a high-performance culture with optimal ongoing team engagement

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HRM or IR and/or suitable and transferable workplace experience
- Extensive experience in human resource management and workplace change, preferably in a large and complex organisation
- Wide-ranging HCM experience working in a technology team
- A strong background in partnering business areas and working with leaders in leading and implementing major change initiatives
- A proven ability to lead the people-related requirements associated with operating model changes
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
