**How this position will Make the Difference to City of Melbourne**

This position supports facilities management, venue operations, implementation of safety and wellbeing processes and the development of systems process and procedures at CoM Libraries and Community Hubs. This position reports to the relevant Community Animator.

**What you will bring**
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, excellent telephone mannerand ability to listen effectively, and excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, high level of initiative and independence, including proven ability to prioritise activities and meet deadlines.
- Developed knowledge and experience working with Health and Safety, OHS and building management systems
- Highly developed operational skills including the ability to negotiate with and between individuals, groups and customers.
