We're recruiting a Service Desk Operator to join our global client in a contact centre setting in Preston, VIC. Working with a great team, the position is** 4 days on, 4 days off across a 24/7 roster rotation.**

Well established, with over 40 years of innovation, our client is looking for like-minded individuals to join their team as a Service Desk Operator.

**Description**

Key responsibilities of the role
- Providing professional, customer centric & high performance focussed troubleshooting solutions
- Delivery of 24/7 incident management and support requests
- Adhere to KPIs
- Support team goals

**Profile**
- Previous experience in a Service Desk support environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate Excel and knowledge of XML
