Business Resilience team performs an integral role in ensuring that the Group is prepared for disruptive events. We assist the Group in preparing for and guiding the organisational response to a disruptive and significant event which could have a material impact to the group. We provide business continuity advisory and governance functions to the Group, as well as crisis management capabilities and responses.

**Do work that matters**

As a Manager within the Business Resilience team, you will be accountable for educating and guiding a portfolio of assigned Business Units through a resilience program that includes analytical assessments, training, testing and exercises.

Your role will support the implementation of the Group Business Continuity Management strategy and framework. Your responsibilities will include:

- Provision Line 2 support and advisory services in relation to the business continuity policy & standard across the Group
- Conduct assurance activities over the business continuity lifecycle, including review and challenge of plans, selected strategies and recovery tests conducted by Business Units
- Support Senior Leadership in understanding their business continuity risks and capabilities
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers across the Group
- Design and conduct training and capability transfer programs to ensure business units can deliver on their business continuity responsibilities
- Provide support in delivering crisis management capabilities as required during disruptive events

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing experience
- Strong presentation and briefing skills
- Strong problem solving, analysis and synthesis & delivery experience
- Experience working on a piece of work from end to end, from briefing to delivery stage
- Experience in Business Continuity or Crisis Management is beneficial, but not a prerequisite, as you will be trained and supported in developing your knowledge to succeed in this role
