**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our team to provide both secretariat & CEO office support to the CEO of the Swiss Re ANZ Corporate Solutions business. This role involves proactively managing the CEO’s priorities, diary and relationship management across internal and external business partners whilst providing executive level administrative support to the CEO and executive leaders. In providing this support the position exercises a high degree of communication competence, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Executive support including diary and relationship management, meeting coordination, minute/note taking etc.;
- Management & tracking of CEO priorities, initiatives, and deadlines;
- Co-ordinating relevant responses and/or input into projects, programs, reports, correspondence, and corporate issues ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
- Event planning and preparation ensuring adherence to budgets;
- Collaborating with the cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables;
- Working collaboratively across the leadership team contributing to a positive team environment;
- Attending to travel bookings as requested in a timely manner (including visa’s, flights, car hire, accommodation, and restaurant reservations); and
- Working collaboratively with fellow Executive Assistants to deliver consistent support across the organisation.

**About the Team**

This position is based in Sydney, Australia, and forms part of a global team with whom you will also collaborate on a regular basis.

**About You**
- 5+ years' experience as a C-suite EA in a corporate environment (previous experience within a finance environment preferable);
- Strong skill of managing expectations and deadlines in face of complexity, conflicting pressure and ambiguous circumstances;
- Excels at building relationships and networks; influences others to achieve outcomes;
- Systems and process-thinker;
- Demonstrates proactivity;
- Trustworthy to senior management and able to handle confidential and sensitive information;
- You enjoy team collaboration and contributing to the broader team on local and global business initiatives;
- Able to show drive and agility with a "can-do" attitude;
- Adept with technology and the Microsoft Office suite; and
- High level grammar, written, verbal and communication skills.
