**Position Overview**

As an Account Coordinator at Longreach Media, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team in the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of media campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services.

As a member of a small and nimble team, you will work closely with your Account Manager and Account Director to across a range of clients of varying sizes from start to finish. This includes campaign reporting, campaign and audience research, developing presentation collateral, implementing media buying across all channels, working in digital platforms to build campaigns, support with administrative tasks, and general support of your team and clients.

The Account Coordinator position is an entry level position, and prior experience is favourable, but not necessary. The role requires a strong aptitude for learning, good attention to detail, and the ability to work dynamically within a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Campaign Coordination**
- Assist in the development and execution of media campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal planning team, media partners, and creative agency partners to ensure smooth campaign operation, including coordination of deadlines.

**Campaign Implementation, Monitoring and Reporting**
- Assist the planning and digital teams to implement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance across campaigns and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients, including post-campaign reports.
- Generate reports on media performance and develop actionable insight and recommendations on campaigns, both offline and online.

**Client Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients in relation to their campaign implementation needs.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to clients and requests.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of invoicing to clients.
- Managing administrative tasks related to client accounts, budget tracking, and meeting coordination.
- Organise and maintain internal documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in media/marketing/business field preferred
- Previous relevant experience in favourable, but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (bonus points for Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadline and handle multiple projects at once
- Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
